At DesignAndMore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process subject to the terms outlined below.
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns requested after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: • Custom-made or made-to-order products • Wall panels that have been installed or altered • Items with signs of use, damage, or missing packaging • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
To start a return, please contact our team at support@designandmore.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of the returned item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
